JOB OVERVIEW

I have an operation that has grown to a scale with customer service product management responsibilities unable to be manage by myself. I am seeking an online head of service to handle all my direct customer concerns from my online store via live messenger, email responses, and processing returns/refunds/disputes.

I can train product manager but I prefer working with someone with experience. Duties include light product research, product upload/management. Also, some social media/ Ad content creation.
