Tasks
• Data Entry, Document and Organize work notes
• Profile Lead Data, Run Reports on Sales CRM and organize Managers’ Calendars
• Research New Strategies and other topics/ideas for the company
• Create, Format and Edit Word, PDF or Excel Documents
• Respond to
• Cross functional administrative work & project coordination
• Other Administrative task as need arises
Qualifications and Requirements
• A graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Have at least 6 months of experience as administrative assistant
• Tech savvy/Computer literate
• Have good grasp and command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, PDF Readers (Adobe, foxit, nitro pdf), Google Drive
• Hands on experience with CRM software (example Microsoft Dynamics CRM) is preferred but not required
• Have very good attention to detail
• Have ability to work independently from home
• Above average ability to multitask proactively
• Work on NorthAM hours (9PM to 6AM Phil Time)
