Social Media Customer Service Representatives

An international social media services company is looking for full-time Social Media Customer Service Representatives to join their expanding team.

Social Media Customer Service Representatives are expected to:
- Generate interest about the product;
- Highlight the benefits of the product or service offered by our clients;
- Engage other members or own generated characters to drive conversation;
- Ask relevant questions;
- Act as a community manager as and when needed, which includes learning the product in more detail to answer questions from potential clients.

You must have:
- At least a basic knowledge of ICOs, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, economy, and IT from a conceptual viewpoint;

- You have excellent English skills in writing (e.g. punctuation and spelling) and comprehension;
- You already know how to use Telegram, BitcoinTalk forums and other similar platforms;
- You have great communication skills, enjoy chatting with others, and are polite;
- You have previously demonstrated reliability and punctuality;
- You are a quick learner and creative.

Bonus if you already have:
- Experience working remotely;
- Experience working in social media;
- Knowledge of other languages, such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean.

What we offer:
- Flexibility and mobility as the work is done remotely over the internet. As long as you have good internet connection, location does not matter. PS! CS representatives must be able to use their own devices (smartphone mainly, can be supplemented by tablets/PCs).
- Full-time contract with a 6-day work week, 8h per day. Work is done in shifts as projects run 24h a day. You may be required to work different shifts in a week;
- Chance to work on a variety of projects and products in various industries, making the work more exciting;
- Initial training and support;
- An initial 2-month service provider contract with a chance of extension;
- Competitive salary with 90 PHP per hour.
