Are you a bad ass designer and want to work in our young team?

Hello,
we are a German based, t-shirt brand called “Mr Crazygerman” , we have been on the market since 2012 and sold more than over 50,000 t-shirts worldwide.
As you can imagine the market is booming at the moment, therefor we are seeking 3 new employees to join our young and creative team.
WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
-  Half time designer (20 hours per week) for the first 6 months and a full time job (40 hours per week) after that.
-  You do your own designs and start them by sketching with a Pen! ?(Therefor it is important that you can draw) :-)
-  Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
-  Knowledge in Trademark (This is a very important issue!)
-  Google Drive (for the workspace)
-  Responsibility
-  Good English Communication ?
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING: ?
-  Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done) (Individual salary depending on YOU) for example monthly salary can go from $250 to $650 (half-time) in the first 6 months and $400 to $1100 (full time) depending on the work
-  Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)
-  Learning from one of the leading worldwide t-shirt sellers
-  Easy communication via Skype, FB Messenger, Google Drive ?

Because of our high German standards we only want the best designers - therefore we will do a little competition. ?If you made it to the next round we will sent you 3 links or ideas for t-shirts, that you will have to create, they should be made by yourself and be ---------- nd them back to us asap (deadline will be given). ?The 3 best designers that are entering competition will be part of our designer team.?If you are cool with the conditions and understood anything written above please reply with the word: “ A crazy German ” ?We are looking forward to hearing from you!
