NodeJS development using Image Recognition Provider

Hello,

I am looking to build a prototype using ---------- or similar

* I will provide S3 bucket with large number of photos from an event (wedding, conference, etc) - photos of people
* I will want a simple web page / website where I can upload a single photo of a face and web page displays all the photos where this face is present

Preference that this is built in NodeJS / ReactJS

I will provide Git repo, access to Amazon account, etc

as part of deliverable I will want to understand the cost of executing this type of search against 100, 500, 1000 and 5000 images
