Looking for a creative and autonomous designer for awesome sock designs.

Hey folks,
my name is Marvin and I'm running a start-up company and need a designer (peferably Adobe Illustrator) for creating awesome designs for socks. I need you part time, 10-20 hours per week and will pay you 90-120 PHP per hour (depending on the quality and quickness of your work; it is also possible to get a bonus).
The designs should be extravagant and outrageous.

Imagine, I give you some bullet points, e.g. "christmas" or "pineapple" and you have free hand in your designing. You are also allowed to design on your own. Sometimes I would also send you some pictures, which you should implement in the designs, e.g. if someone ordered custom socks.
You should be creative, because I'm not ;)

I am very open minded and we can talk about everything with no need for formalities.
