REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent, clear speaking and understanding of the English language
2. USB noise cancelling headset & fast, hard-wired computer or laptop
3. Quiet, noise free work space
4. Must be willing to follow the script (it works!) and be coachable
5. Must show up to work for your scheduled shift on time
