High-end Fashion Brand | Customer Service & Instagram management

We are a high-end fashion company looking for a full-time customer service person with a mix of instagram & other hats to join our amazing team!

It’s $4 an hour 40 hours a week preferred hours are 9am-6pm EST (it’s basically a night job but we can be flexible with it) must be online the whole time with an hour break. This is long-term position with a happy, respectful team that are all friends.

This isn’t just your basic customer service job but more of a creative customer experience, instagram managing/hacking the algorithm, deep searching research assignments, other tasks sometimes thrown in.The Customer Support is majority of the job 70% and it’s via emails and Social Media.

We need a hardworking & proactive individual who can think on their own and give us advice & figure out how to improve systems. You must be passionate about giving the best customer experience, as we here believe it is the foundation of a great company. People stay lifelong customers because of what you do and that’s why your role is so important.

Must be:
-Have some experience in customer service setting or a similar customer success job.
-Need to have perfect written English. Your grammar is good and there is no typos, etc. Also must be able to communicate in clear American/UK English.
-Must be instagram savvy and be a frequent user of it. Understand and know of the female fashion & beauty influencers out there. Know the current trends.
-Very important - can conduct deep web research on complicated topics with scarce information out there and dig out all the information there is on that topic in a report explaining your findings.

Preferred :
-Have an iPhone to record instagram stories.
-Have graphic design/photography skills and have good aesthetics. If so let me know how well you know photoshop and if you have a DSLR, if not can you take great photos on your phone and edit them. Please send a link to your work when applying.

The tasks include:
Monitor the comments on our Facebook and Instagram posts
Reply genuine comments on photos we are tagged in on Instagram
Talking to influencers/Collaborators and/or potential ones
Answering Emails immediately or within the hour when online (order status/shipping updates/returns and exchanges and etc)
Moderate/Manage Website Reviews and respond appropriately
Updating our FAQs based on the inquiries
Doing Weekly / Bi-weekly overall review of the compilation of Feedback of our customers/visitors (based on their inquiries and concerns), and paying attention to details like writing the number four in the headline when applying for this job, doing complete review about their feedbacks etc
