Social Media Marketing Manager (FB, Twitter, IG, Pinterest)

Looking for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision. This means if you can't figure out what to do or need to ask many questions, this is NOT for you. Experience finding and creating original content for posting AND engaging with people required. Minimum posts per week: 5/ account. Occasionally, write interesting articles for our blog then post teasers on Social Media linking back to the article. If we acquire a Social Media Influencer, you will manage and coordinate social media exposure with them to maximize your performance (and earnings). We sell clear aligners (invisalign) DIRECT to consumer online at 60% off local orthodontist cost. Since Invisaligns patents expired Oct 2017, there is a huge latent market for clear aligner treatments to straighten teeth. Through social media marketing, we can make people aware of our huge savings VS conventional orthodontists. You will be involved in this marketing through social media. We have many TOOLS: Post scheduling, Viral Contest App, Analytics, Competitive research App, Survey Apps, and some POWERFUL FB Messenger ChatBots. You must be capable of taking these tools and learning to use them. Tutorials are available, but some incomplete, so you'll need to have a knack at clicking around, experimenting and generally figuring it out on your own (remember, if you need to ask, its not for you and you should stop right here). We have many Udemy Social Media video training courses available to enhance or improve your skills at your option during your personal time (you will be eligible for a bonus that is based on your performance). If you prove your ability to GTD, I will expand your opportunity to do more and earn more.

A skill rating of "I'm the best in the world" is a Plus.

Starting Comp (Proof of competency period): DOE and your estimated Hours required to do the work.
Base Comp (After proof of competency): $600-$700USD/ Month.
BONUS Comp: This is the BIG variable. Since a LARGE part of our company success online depends on the Social Media Marketing Manager, we want to tie your success to our success. You can realistically earn $1800+ in a month) depending on how well you promote.
Benefits: Paid holidays. 13th month.

Special Note: Notice the job is for a "Manager". NOT a Virtual "Assistant". If I suspect you are a "VA" posing as a manager, you will be replaced. We will not need to monitor you since we will see your results, monitored through Analytics and results (likes, comments, shares, etc.). If you're good at growing these metrics, then you should absolutely do this... because you will FINALLY get paid what you're worth. The right individual is NOT looking to make the Base Comp... they are looking to make at DOUBLE or more.
