Catalyst/Dynamik Website Designer & Logo Design (Web Design)

Hi There,

I'm looking for an website designer to build and customize Catalyst/Dynamik themes on WordPress.

Most of sites I need are sites that have the skins for Dynamik that are bought from http://bestdynamikskins.com/ . Check it out.

So you will basically have to tailor it to my needs so it shouldn't be that much of a difficult task. It should take you less than 4 hours to do what I need done.

Regarding customization, you will need an understanding of CSS. If however you have a basic knowledge of CSS, I can provide to you a course to boost your knowledge.

Ideally, you will also be skillful at creating logos for the site using Illustrator or something similar.

You MUST have anti-virus software on your computer that is updated daily with regular scans. This will be a deal breaker if you don't.

The more experience you have the better...I would like to be able to just hand you projects without you needing much direction.

Also, please do not send me your resume. I want to know whether you know how to do the above tasks.

I have VAs that have been with me for years, and they will be the first to tell you that I'm a great person to work for (paid holidays, bonuses, pay increases over time for good work) - as long as you are honest and a good worker. I'm also just as quick to cut anyone that is slacking or trying to get by with getting as little work as possible done.

I do use Rescue Time for monitoring (at least initially), pay weekly via paypal, and require daily reports at first. I will hire you on a daily basis at first (pro-rated payment is weekly) before moving you on.
