Virtual Assistant Needed for Art Ecommerce Retailer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate virtual assistant to assist with the day to day running of a fast growing art ecommerce retailer based in New ---------- sential tasks will include the following...


- Processing orders for sales channels that are not integrated with our inventory management system.
- Updating stock levels from supplier invoices.
- Creating product images in Photoshop (some experience with Photoshop is preferable)
- Creating and maintaining customer databases in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Tagging photos in Instagram photos.
- Creating SEO descriptions in Shopify.
- Creating product listings for our Ebay, Etsy and Amazon stores.
- Customer service (email).
- Sending out thank-yous to new followers, reviewers.
- basic social media tasks (eg, follow, like, comment on instagram/pinterest)


You will need to be a good communicator, reliable, enthusiastic, motivated, be keen to learn and have good oral and written English skills. Prior experience working with e-commerce companies would be advantageous.
You will need to have access to a reliable high speed internet connection and have a good quality laptop capable of running Photoshop.

We are a well established company so will be able to offer the successful candidate stable and long term employment with the potential to transition to a full-time position as we move through the training process and as the company continues to grow. Please note that the initial position is part time - 15 hours a week
