Real Estate/ Financial Sales Telephone Marketing specialist

Responsible for the sales of products and services remotely by using consultative sales methods to identify and qualify new and existing customers for various products and services, thus consistently achieving employee sales ---------- tablishes rapport, defines needs, explains solutions, handles resistance and recommends action. Opens and completes the appropriate processes on new accounts. Provides the customer with detailed information regarding the accounts and will cross sell other bank products as appropriate.

Provides ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Provides solutions to difficult situations, errors, or obstacles to achieving customer satisfaction. Builds and maintains relationships with customers by frequent follow up to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsible for initial contact and follow up with consumer loan process and residential mortgage process
