Shirt Design

I am looking for a graphic designer to produce designs that fit the format for Merch by Amazon. The designs will be mainly illustrated. I need 10 designs to start with and potentially much more if those shirts sell well. I will give you niches and the topic of the design for you to produce ORIGINAL design work. If you think that you can come up with shirt designs that will sell well, please mention that and we can work that in as well. I need a designer willing to work for $1-$2 dollars per shirt design. If you are very good and the shirts sells well, There WILL BE A RAISE + BONUSES!! I am willing to negotiate a price for a bulk order as well.

I will send you ideas of T-Shirts I want you to make and then you can make them yourself in your own unique style. For example, I might send you an already existing t-shirt and I would need you to create a better version that is in your own creative style. I might also send you an idea in writing and you will create the design from my description.

The T-Shirt Graphic Designer / Illustrator must have these following skills:
- Create HAND-DRAWN and ORIGINAL creative T-Shirt designs.
- TYPOGRAPHIC DESIGN experience (hand-drawn in many cases)
- Be able to create up to 4/5 original designs per day.
- Fluent in English

If you have a portfolio of previous work that you can show me that would be very helpful for me to see. I am looking for a designer who can get back to me with designs in 1-2 days ---------- munication is essential in working on this ---------- is VERY important that:
- You make sure that NOTHING you design violates a copyright
- Nothing you send was ever previously used or sent to anyone else
(all original designs)

After designing the initial 10 designs, this may turn into a long-term position requiring 4 designs a day (150 designs a month)

I need all Designs in raw File that means in. AI and or .PSD Files.

Please only apply if you are really strong in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Every Design will be checked for Copyrights violence or cross checked if just copied 1:1 from another portfolio.
