UK Branded Clothing E-Commerce Company - Looking for Ebay/Amazon Data Listing Legend :o)

We are a successful UK based e-commerce company that is looking to outsource our eBay/Amazon data operations. We have been trading since 2010 and looking to expand. We sell branded sportswear clothing, fashion clothing, branded footwear and much more.

This is a long-term permanent, full-time position. We require someone loyal and highly experienced in working with excel, ebay & Amazon.

Pay will be between USD $ ---------- per month depending on experience and skills. We also offer 13th Month of Pay for people we employee.


Required Skills

- High level fluency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Systems and detail orientated
- Ebay & Amazon experience (preferable)
- Data Entry
- E-Commerce
- Highly experienced in MS Excel and familiar with Shortcuts and formulas. (Must have good excel knowledge to be able to reduce time spent by editing things in bulk and in very quick time)

Job Duties

We will be providing you with an Excel list of between ---------- SKU products in raw format. This data will contain basic title, description, colour and URL to product image. We require you to:

- Create optimized titles via product research to maximise sales
- Enter Item Specifics required by ebay (e.g. Colour, Sleeve Type, Material, Brand, Pattern, Features, Style etc.
- Use correct ebay category code and Amazon browse node codes for item category
- The above is only a fraction of the required data to be input but it gives you an idea.
- As we go along we require you to record all the steps you take and create a manual that we both can view and update as we make improvements to the process.

Once all the data has been complete you will then send back the completed CSV files with product listings and we will do the rest.

You aren’t required to upload any listings into ebay/amazon as we will do this at our office in the UK. We just need someone to create the above data in very quick time and with high accuracy using agreed rules.
