Are you an experienced tshirt designer?

Dear Freelancer :)


we are selling shirts and are looking for an experienced designer that delivers quality graphics.


Your job:

- We dont want you to create shirts with (simple) writings on it. We are looking for somebody who creates shirts with graphics AND writing (quotes / puns) on it.

- You will not create another duplicate look-a-like shirt. If you find/ we find a design on Amazon / Instagram / Google / Pinterest ... and it is worth "upgrading" it, your design must be better than the others.

- We do not want you to merely take graphics / illustrations from a source, put them on a shirt and write a text to it. If you take graphics / illustrations from sources (which is OK!), then you must modify them. That means if we want you to do flamingo shirt designs you can take a flamingo and then add different clothes, accessories... or change the looks or the pose... or you can combine different graphics into one.

- You can draw / illustrate yourself because you need to craft / add / change things.

- We would like you to start with 5-10 designs per week. If we are happy with the results, we will be glad to buy more designs per week from you. We are interested in a long-term professional relationship.

- It is good if you can work independently without us giving you inspiration or tipps, but of course we will provide you with ideas / inspiration / niches sometimes. But the internet is full of ideas graphics or quotes.

- The places where we upload your designs have strict rules and don't allow pixabay stocks. You need to modify them a lot so that it counts as your own piece of work.

- We need you to have good communication skills. That means your English needs to be fluently and you ought to reply within 1 day.

! IMPORTANT: You only use fonts that are for download free for commercial ---------- doesn't matter if you bought them or if they were included in a package or app you bought. You cannot steal graphics ... but of course you can take the graphic as an inspiration and change it / modify it and make it better, then it is not stealing anymore.

! IMPORTANT: When you write a quote you HAVE to check on ---------- if it is protected! You also need to have knowledge about this copyright thing - but you'll learn it.


Payment:

We are focused more on quality than on quantity. We will pick the person that we think fits best to our needs and we will agree upon the payment. For high quality work, we are willing to pay accordingly. We will pay you via Easy Pay!
