Assistant to Find Profitable Products to Dropship on eBay

Hi,

I'm looking for an assistant that will find products on Amazon, Walmart.com, Home Depot.com or any other big box retailer that can be dropshipped to eBay. It's quite a simple job but it can be time consuming. I am looking to hire entry level assistants but you MUST know what dropshipping is, how to find profitable products, how to factor in shipping and ebay fees, and if it will sell quickly.
