We are looking for an SEO and Real Estate Marketing Expert who knows how to publish our luxury vacation rental to couples and therefore achieved a high booking rate.
The apartment is located in Germany, the advertising and all activities are related to the German market.

You do not have to write new content, but you are responsible for the whole online marketing, SEO and the success analysis.

Concrete your tasks will be:
SEO for our HP. Analyze it offline and give us suggestions for improvement. Make the HP known on ---------- eck if an Adwords campaign is worthwhile. Create a profound keyword ---------- termine which social media channels are relevant to us and create a social media concept.
Optimize our Facebook page, spread its prominence, place an FB advertisement.
Create a page on all relevant social media portals, analyze their success and keep working
on its prominence.
Make a list of all relevant Real Estate portals, including a listing of their costs.
Advertise the apartment on all relevant portals. Keep the ad up to date on all portals.
Synchronize everything via a free calendar system.
After all the activities have been taken, you should continue to supervise the project, monitor the success, document and further optimize ---------- l us about your ideas and concepts to reach a full occupancy of the apartment.
If you have experience and if you're a real expert in your field who has no problem with the foreign language we are looking forward to your ---------- l us your salary expectations and an estimate time of how long you will need for everything.
