Cold Caller for Real Estate Lead Generation

Hello, I am looking for someone with experience in cold calling in the real estate investment industry. We are a real estate investment firm with the intentions to identify prospective sellers with interest in selling their homes and make offers on them, ultimately buying as many homes as we can. This job will consist of cold calling leads, identifying seller motivation, updating our CRM Lead Database, and informing our Lead Manager of all priority leads who would like to sell their home. Your job is to screen these leads, identify interest, and pass along to lead manager through our CRM.

This job is salary + incredible performance bonuses. We're looking for long-term people so we reward them excellently.

Here are the job responsibilities below:

+ Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to identify interest in selling their homes.
+ Pre-screen and qualify leads to identify level of motivation from prospective leads.
+ Enter and update all lead information into CRM.
+ Set follow up tasks for Lead Manager for priority/motivated leads.

This is home-based, but a quiet undisturbed setting is ---------- loud noises. You must have strong phone presence and great english. You must have excellent communication skills. You must be able to field 100s of calls a day. You must be able to handle rejection.

WORK SCHEDULE

+ Monday - Saturday
+-- Monday - Friday: 3:00 a.m. PHT to 7:00 a.m. PHT (4 hours x 5 days)
+-- Saturday: 3:00 a.m. PHT to 8:00 a.m. PHT (5 hours x 1 day)

+ Total Hours: 25 per week.

+ Pay: Bi-Weekly
