Customer Service Representative for the BEST Facebook coupon page (Looking to Hire ASAP)

We are Extreme Deal Hunters, a Facebook coupon page dedicated to finding the BEST deals on the Amazon marketplace. We are looking to hire a determined, highly- efficient, and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant/ Customer Service Representative to completely manage our facebook page on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Our page consists of almost 10,000 members, and we truly pride ourselves on our customer service. Unlike other Facebook pages, we ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our team is tight-knit, friendly, and most importantly hardworking. 

What will you do?
- Address all members’ comments, questions and concerns
- Ensure customers are FULLY satisfied with our service
- Provide additional information to members including our FAQ’s and Step by Step guidelines
- Communicate to employers effectively and immediately on company’s Slack and Skype. 
- Provide daily reports on the status of campaigns, customer experience and pending inbox inquiries
- Oversee campaigns to ensure 100 accuracy

MUST be/possess:

- MUST HAVE GREAT INTERNET CONNECTION (NO LAG, FAST SPEED)

The position is part time and requires 3 hours (12:00AM-3:00AM) Philippines Time on Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Must commit to at least 9 hours a week. Starting salary is $2 per hour paid bi-weekly.
