We are hiring a full time (may consider part time) VA for our eCommerce business. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 3-4 years of experience working from Home, in English and eCommerce related.
Duties:
* Customer Service - Answer customers inquiries via gmail and chat
* SEO Assistant - Mostly help our writers improve our on-site SEO.
* Magento Product Listing and Catalog Management- Manage eCommerce product data (list or update products and make corrections according to the supplier price lists).
* Ebay/Amazon Listings - Manage the Marketplaces (list or update products).
* Wordpress Blog Management - Help our content writers design, structure and post articles on the blog.
Who should apply?
* Able to consistently work 40 hours/week in the following days: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue at the following hours (Manila time) 7am-4pm (1 hr lunch break in between)
* Reliable internet & power service, and backup systems in case of outages, fast modern computer.
* Ability to work at home in a quiet environment with no distractions.
* Prior CSR experience, either at-home or in a BPO/Call Center
* Ability to learn from online courses and articles.
* Experience in photography, scuba diving or both will be a huge advantage.
* Experience with any of these will help: eBay, Amazon, Gmail, Magento, WordPress
* Writing and Graphic Designs skills will be a great bonus.
