I am looking for someone who has experience with ActiveCampaign and who is also SMART, works hard and LOVES helping people.

What will you be doing?

The primary role of this position is to reply to support emails... mostly about ActiveCampaign.

Here are some of the other ways you'll help our members:

- Help members find the existing resources in our library that answers their questions
- Troubleshoot problems and issues with members accounts, automations, Zapier, etc.
- Follow video tutorials to set up automations, complete integrations and do other work ordered by our members
- If you have the skills, you could end up consulting with members and/or building automations for them from scratch

There is lots of room to grow in tasks and responsibilities with this position over time.
