We are looking for a rockstar sales agent/manager to join our team and join us in taking the company to the next level! My current office manager is based in Cebu but needs to resign at least for a few months due to family issues.

Job responsibilities would be:

*Voice, Chat, and Email. Good English is very important.

*Handle inbound sales calls and amaze them with your knowledge and expertise closing them oh so smoothly while collecting payment information.

*Immediately call/text "hot" leads that filled out our pop up lead form on the website requesting a quote. Assist these wonderful clients selecting the absolute best cleaning package we offer ensuring they experience a life-changing house cleaning.

*While on the phone "wow-ing" these clients subtly point out features like our mobile app (Like Uber for house cleaning), Online booking, easy automated surveys that go out ensuring every client is satisfied with our work.

*New monthly promotion creation- Come up with a new monthly promotion we can do to generate more business. We can maximize this effort with email blasts, voicemail bombs, social media promo's/contest. Let's get a little crazy with it.

* Let's see you help manage some customer service calls/issues to help develop your management skills. We all help each other. The office manager will help back you up on sales calls if you are on the phone and you will help her out with customer service if she is on the phone.

*Essentially everyone will learn all tasks of the job including team schedules, emails, sales, support, recruiting, etc. Each team member will have their own primary responsibilities but also back up other staff during vacations, off days etc. Everyone will participate in just about every part of the business. We work as a team...Oh yeah. That reminds me...I pay as a team too!

*Monthly bonuses- We pay each team member bonuses based on month over month revenue numbers! If the company grows 10%, 20% or 40% over the prior month you will receive an additional monthly bonus. Each % level has a different associated bonus. The bigger the growth the bigger the bonus! ;)

$100 usd bonus for achieving a 10% increase over previous month sales
$250 usd bonus for achieving 20% increase over previous month sales
$450 usd bonus for achieving 40% increase over previous month sales

Plan on staying with our company for a while and grow with us? Great:
1 year bonus $500 usd
3 year bonus $750 usd
5 year bonus $1,000 usd
10 year bonus $2,000 usd

$4.50 - $6 per hour plus bonus. Full time 40 hours per week. Over the past 12 months, my Current VA has hit bonus 9 out of 12 months.

The shift would be Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central standard time.
