Do you love spreadsheets? Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst wanted for our growing team.

We have several companies that sell products on the Amazon marketplace.

We’re looking for a data wizard to keep our books up to date and to crunch the numbers for inventory orders, advertising spend, cost of goods and anything else that requires fantastic analytical skills.

As well as keeping the accounts up to date you’ll be the go-to person for all tasks involving spreadsheets. You’ll be the person to monitor the financial health of the various businesses and provide your valuable feedback to the CEO.

You’ll be a vital member of our small, but growing, team and will be instrumental in helping the business grow.

We’re just starting to grow out our team and this role will be one of the first we hire for. As the team grows we’ll have weekly video calls and will meet in person (somewhere in the Philippines) once per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You’ll use Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to keep the accounts up to date for all of the companies.
- This will include bank reconciliations and AP and AR.
- You’ll be able to create cash flow forecasts.
- Demand forecasting for inventory using sales data and lead times to project when stock will be needed.
- You’ll be in charge of deciding the monthly replenishments that should go from our third party warehouse to the Amazon warehouses.
- You’ll use your spreadsheet skills to make suggestions around any area of the business that requires a lot of data.
- Create, and keep updated, various systems and SOPs important to your role.
- Will interrogate data to make suggestions to improve profitability of certain products.

REQUIREMENTS

- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable including invoice coding, data entry, reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is a huge bonus.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel and/or Google Sheets)
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory demand planning is a huge bonus.
- Excellent problem solver and pays attention to details (to prove this then mention your favourite book, and why you like it, in the fourth question of the application form.)
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements to the CEO.
- Full time availability. 8 hours per day. Monday - Friday. (Holidays for Easter, Christmas and New Year but not other Filipino holidays)
