JOB OVERVIEW

1. Must already be very good at Google Ads PPC. You will not get training so only apply if you are really an expert.
2. You will be asked for a copy of your Google adwords certification if you say you're certified
3. you will be asked to show what you know on google adwords (were not asking for advanced stuff, but we are looking for someone to demonstrate competency & how they begin to optimize accounts, ie. what are the first things you do, and what do you do ongoing?)
4. We dont want someone to say they know Adwords if they don't, we'd prefer you to say, I'm a beginner or I'm intermediate etc, thank you, kind regards.
5. we're looking for a long term person, if possible.

Manage and optimize all aspects of accounts including:

Account structure, do you use Campaigns or Ad Groups & why?
Keyword research & expansion
Budget management
Bid & position management
Geo-targeting
Dayparting & hour of day bidding
Negative keyword management
Audience targeting management
Ad copy testing
Landing page testing
- Create Google ads account (from scratch)
- Set up Google ads campaigns
- (optional) Set up Facebook campaigns
- Set up conversion tracking to track/measure leads and goals (Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics scripts must be installed on the site)
- Conduct keyword research and strategy
- Daily reviewing Search Terms, adding terms, changing to phrase match or exact match and most importantly adding negative keywords.
- Daily reviewing ad copy performance
- Daily looking at search terms and sending a report to me regarding suggesting specific content to add that the user is looking for.
- Conduct a Google ads audit (if there are existing campaigns)
- Provide a weekly report and what your opinions are and why
- Monitoring and optimization of campaigns

- Device Optimization
- Ad schedule Optimization
- Ad Split Test
- Adding of converting keywords
- Proper budget allocation/adjustment
- Audience split test
- Campaign restructure, if necessary.
