Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Real Estate Company needs someone to work virtually 10 to 15 hours a week. This will be a long term position. You will be in charge of all marketing aspects of the business. This could grow into something bigger after comfortable in marketing. We are looking for someone reliable who has some flexibility in their schedule as calls can come in at all times during the day. Customer service or sales experience is preferred. You must feel comfortable on the phone talking with people. Must have be fluent in English.

Job Description:
- LEAD GENERATION
- Take 1 to 10 incoming calls a day from both buyers, sellers, and tenants and setting appointments.
- Cold Calling
- Skip Tracing (let me know what programs you use to Skip Trace with)
- Ringless Voicemail
- Craigslist Ads
- Facebook Ads
- Website blogging
- Facebook blogging
- Direct Mail thru Realeflow
- Search MLS/Zillow for deals
- You will be filling out lead scripts and entering leads into a Realeflow database.
- Track Marketing performance and make suggestions on where we need to focus
- Run CMA’s – Competitive Market Analysis on the property to enter into the database. (This can be
later on once you are comfortable with the marketing aspect and want more hours)
- I already have the list we need
- Other marketing projects may be given to you as well.
- Hours may increase depending on skills and computer skills.
- Online marketing experience a definite plus.
- Online video training is available
