B2B Outbound Agent w/ sales experience

Do you have prior B2B sales experience, particularly in an IT/Telecom field? We're looking for you!

Who we are:
We're a small VoIP start up going against giants such as Ring Central, Vonage for business, Comcast and many others. While we're based in Pennsylvania, we market throughout the United States.

Your role:
We're looking for a hardworking individual that knows how to sell. We will expect you to call business offices, follow up on any dead leads, or closed sales in a reasonable timeframe.

Schedule:
We'd prefer someone that would work 9AM - 5PM EST. You will be limited to a max of 40 hrs/week.

Requirements:
- Atleast 2 years in B2B sales with a strong sales closure rate
- Working knowledge of business process and how they can be improved
- Working knowledge of telephony systems
- Computer with anti-virus software
- Reliable internet with atleast 15mbps DLoad and 5mbps UPLoad speeds
- Extremely good English dialogue skills

Pay:
100php / hour
$300 / month sale commission
$150 / signing bonus [will be paid after 3 months]
$1000 bonus if you hit the 15 sales / month
