Tee Shirt Designer

I need an experienced tee shirt designer to help me with my workload. I am looking for someone who can produce several designs a day. The pay is negotiable and can increase if I find the right person who can produce designs in a timely manner.

Required:
Previous design experience is a must. You will need to provide me with links to your designs and shirts you've already made.

Knowledge in Copy Right and Trade Mark Violations is a must. The work must be original.

You need to have a good program to produce quality work. You can use your favorite but the final file must be PNG format.

You must be willing to communicate with me on a daily basis via email and sometimes skype or some other video calling service to go over work and new design ideas.
