Shopify Dropshipping Product Research Expert

Looking for a committed VA to research products/product descriptions for one of my new Shopify dropshipping stores. Must be committed to full time work and work 40 hours/week. I want serious people only, looking for a long term VA that can potentially be the project manager for the team.

Requirements:
-Be available to work full time ~40hours/week
-Must have past experience researching winning products for Shopify dropshipping stores, please attach proof/portfolio of your experience, and explain how you research products
-Willingness to take time to learn my product research ---------- is completely different to most of Facebook advertising stores
-Know how to navigate Shopify/Woocommerce
-Had experience with dropshipping and aliexpress, and using Dropified
-Can write compelling 300 word SEO product descriptions
-Fluent English with proper grammar skills

Tasks:
1) Research 80-100 winning products a week using my ---------- takes around 2-3 hours a day to find 10-20 products.
2.) Take note of data on excel sheet of the products such as competition, demand, price, cost etc, while researching products.
3.) Upload products to the woocommerce/shopify store from aliexpress using dropified.
4.) Add compelling professional 300 word SEO product descriptions for each product. (Takes 20-30 min per product)

Salary: 3.75$/hour for the first 3 months, increases after more experience/efficiency
