Shopify Dropshipping Product Research Expert

Looking for a committed VA to research products/product descriptions for one of my new dropshipping stores. Must be committed to full time work and work 40 hours/week. I want serious people only, looking for a long term VA that can potentially be the project manager for the team. Please don't apply if you have no experience with dropshipping/aliexpress stores.

Requirements:
-Familiar with dropshipping and aliexpress
-Must have had experience researching winning/trendy products before
-Be available to work full time ~40hours/week
-Willingness to take time to learn my product research strategies. It is completely different to most of Facebook advertising stores
-Know how to navigate Shopify/Woocommerce
-Can write compelling 300 word SEO product descriptions
-Fluent English with proper grammar skills

Tasks:
1) Research 80-100 winning products a week using my techniques. It takes around 2-3 hours a day to find 10-20 products.
2.) Take note of data on excel sheet of the products such as competition, demand, price, cost etc, while researching products.
3.) Upload products to the woocommerce/shopify store from aliexpress using dropified.
4.) Add compelling professional 300 word SEO product descriptions for each product. (Takes 15 min per product) [If you have read up to here, please add 'Lollipop' to the subject line when you reply to this job post.]
5.) Email Support/Order Fulfillment in the future, if too many orders.

Salary: 3.50$/hour for the first 3 months, increases after more experience/efficiency
