Virtual assistant - work from home-9am to 5pm California Time

This job post is for applicants whose English is at C1 or C2 Level!
We're hiring a virtual assistant. Your job is to call senior communities across the USA, collect basic data about those communities, then enter the data collected in Google Sheets or Salesforce.

You will also occasionally have to locate new senior communities QUICKLY as needed. For example, we might call and request three senior care facilities in Reno, NV. If those communities aren't already on the Google Sheet, your job would be to find them ASAP, then provide us the basic info to use with clients.

You also need to respond to some customer support emails.

Friendliness and patience on the phone are a must. You should also be fluent in spoken and written English.
