Experience Mojo Dialer (Upgrade to see actual info) Representative needed (NO EXPERIENCE TOO IS OKAY but you must be a fast learner (you will need to watch Mojo videos to learn but too Mojo Customer Service Reps can assist you)). Duties will be to call leads in the United States using the Mojo (triple) dialer (expired leads, neighborhood property owners; etc) to obtain appointments for clients interested in buying or selling real estate in California. Must own a computer (with internet) & have good computer knowledge. Looking for someone that can do this 35 to 40 hours a week and yes you can work at home. Pay to experience VA will be between $300 to 350 US dollars per month to start (with bonuses paid, for exceptional service). No Experience VA's will be paid $200 to 275 US dollars to start (but too will can receive bonuses). If you do more hours (than 40 hours) per week & have positive results, bonuses, commission on deals or additional pay will be given (as later agreed upon). Again you must be self motivated; creative; a out of box thinker; high energy; speak English; have great customer service skills or great with people & be able to follow scripts & instructions. Parties interested will be considered sub-contractors and calls place to US clients will have to be in Pacific Standard time, thus you will in most cases be working nights in the Philippines. I can pay weekly or bi-weekly (but will not pay in advance, so you put in the hours then get paid, just like any other job). The Mojo dialer utilizes a dialer time so your time and calls make will be recorded, so please keep this in mind (as I will be using those hours to monitor your time for payment purposes). I too will email additional work needed, like ideas for you to create facebook ads or other ads, you must be responsive towards those emails and respond to my emails or FB messenger post to you timely. I am looking for someone (or possible two people). If you are a hard worker & need a job, this is it! I am fair and if I see you are a good fit raises too will be considered. You too can work all hours into 2 or 3 weeks so the work schedule is up to you, but at minimum I expect you to work at least 35 hours per week.
