This position will mainly be focused on maintaining Gear Nation’s Amazon Seller Central page and Ecommerce Platforms. Additionally, this position will include keeping inventory in-stock, sending purchase orders, creating shipping labels and ensuring overall account health is maintained. Assistant will support customer service and overall maintenance of website and helping manage and organize reports and files. (Training Provided)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Computer Skills, including working knowledge of Google Docs, Hangouts, Google Drive,
Good English Skills, including speaking and writing
Quick Learner with Growth Mindset, able to follow direction that is spoken and written
Able to work independently to complete tasks on time and efficiently
Proven ability to stay organized
Comfortability communicating through text and video conferencing


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Keeping profitable Inventory in stock at all times
Create New Products in Amazon Catalog
Sourcing new wholesale leads
Expand Existing Product lines
Create Shipments and Communicate with vendors to order inventory
Amazon Seller Central Maintenance
Responding to Customer Reviews and Customer Service
Fill out work logs on a daily basis to include necessary information outlined in daily log template
Communicate through email important information

TIME ALLOCATION / Job Breakdown
50% - Amazon inventory / reviews / account health (15-20 hours)
25% - New Product Creation (5-10 hours)
10% - Organizing Google Docs files and emails (1-5 hours)
15% - New Product Evaluation (5 hours)

Other Details
This position is temporary to permanent. After 90 days, we will evaluate the position and the candidate to determine if there is a need for the position full time and if the candidate is the right person for the full time ---------- ndidate is expected to have their own computer with reliable internet connection. Software tools required include Google Chrome.
You will be provided with the software you need including access to Google Docs, and research software for chrome.
