Seeking Web Development/Design Expert

I need a custom website created that can showcase pictures and videos. Some inspiration can be drawn from the maybach, universal, grammy, and warner brothers websites. I would prefer it not be wordpress. So if you can provide the HTML that would be great. Granted, I may need instruction on how to set that up in our GoDaddy account. If you think this is something you can do, please respond with some of your work that is similar to what I am seeking and we can go from there.
