WordPress Developer Needed

I'm looking for a WordPress developer with the basic HTML, CSS & PHP skills to create new child themes based on PSD mockups.

Other than PSD to WordPress there would be occasional HTML to WordPress conversions and occasional editing of themes. These theme types will vary greatly. Most new websites will be based on the Genesis Framework.

Graphics skills are a plus but not required. I'm mainly interested in your coding skills and if you can create a true pixel perfect design from a provided PSD image or existing HTML site.

I'll choose the top candidates and offer a paid trial task that should take 8 hours or less to complete. The pay for this task will be 500 PHP and I'll offer a permanent job to the one who delivers the best work overall. I find this to be more productive than just a traditional interview.

This will be a full time permanent position with my company. 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Salary

8,000 - 12,000 PHP per month based on experience. There will be a performance review after 30 days (and possible raise of course).

You'll be guaranteed at least one formal performance review each year. All pay raises are based on merit rather than a set schedule so they aren't limited to just annually. I also pay bonuses based on performance.

Basically if I see you're going good work on a consistent basis you'll be rewarded for it.

Salary is paid weekly via PayPal.
