Looking for a dedicated Shirt Designer/Illustrator

Hello Freelancers,

I’m representing a European based T-shirt brand called “Mic T-shirt Designs” short “MTsD”. MTsD is on the market for several years and sold T-shirts worldwide. As business is increasing we are currently seeking five new employees to join our creative and dedicated young team of designers.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
- Designer with a design variable salary (starting at $300 per Month)
- Own designs starting by the sketch with a pen
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software (Tell me in your application what software you are using)
- Knowledge about trademarks
- Google Drive for the workspace
- Attention to detail (reply to this job post with “Commitment is everything!”)
- A sense of responsibility, conscientiousness, and commitment
- Good English or German for communication

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Variable salary starting at $300 per month. Possibility to get a higher salary for a long-term relationship up to $1000

WHAT HAPPENS NOW:
As we are trying to find the best designers out there for our team - we are planning to do a competition for this job. After you received an answer to your application you are in the next round. We will send you three links or ideas of t-shirts, you will have to create unique designs for those ideas by yourself and send them back within a given deadline.
