JOB OVERVIEW

We are a mortgage brokering service company base in New Zealand, due to business has been increase, we need one full time staff to look after the office admin and customer service duty, these are the list requirement:

1. Loan document preparation (Full Training Provided)
2. Medium Level Customer Service from the website and Facebook and Email response general loan inquire (Finance knowledge Training will Provided, but you need to have Medium level knowledge for Social Media) and Medium Level speaking skills do require.
3. Medium Level graphic design skill for company promotion flyer and news letter for mailChimp
4. Research latest news relate to NZ housing or mortgage market (relevant website will be provide)
5. Register and List company details to all NZ local ads website
6. Maintain the CRM hubspot & mailChimp (need to familiar with these, but easy to learn)
7. English speaking and writing and English programmer is required
8. Other task may indicate by manager depends on the business
