Looking for a High Quality T-Shirt Designer

Hello,

I am into Tshirt business for a while and my business is expanding, so I am looking for three high quality designer!

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR:

- Full Time Designer for a long business relationship
- You do your own designs and you start them by sketch with a Pen!
(Which means you can draw) :-)
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
- Knowledge in Trademark (Don’t DO Batman Shirts :-) )
- Google Drive (for the workspace)
- Responsibility
- Good English Communication

WHAT AM I OFFERING:

- Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done)
(Individual salary depending on YOU)
- Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)

ONLY THE 3 BEST WILL WIN:

As I only want the best designers out there for my business - I will do a little competition
for this job.
If you made it to the next round I will send you 3 links or ideas of t-shirts, you will have to
create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to me asap (deadline will be
given).
The 3 best designers that are entering this job competition are going to win the job and will
be working for me! :-)
