My company is looking for a part-time accountant to join my team on a part-time basis.

About the job:
You will need to work 8 hours per week. Ideally Thursday and Friday of every week for four hours each day. The rate is $5 per hour.


* Skills Needed:

-Quickbooks Online Proficient (No exceptions)
-Advance Excel skills
-Able to perform financial analysis
-Provide me with recommendations
-Calculate various financial ratios and provide a report to management with your findings.

* Attitude Needed

-Problem Solver
-Extreme attention to detail
-Need to be analytical
-Enjoy numbers

About my company:
We are a e-commerce company that sells in the US, UK, and Canada.

THE TEST (REQUIRED)

Analyze the below financial statement and draft a report to me with your findings. (Note - you will not be paid for doing the below work, this is for me to see if you are a good accountant and whether you will be able to add value to my company as our accountant.

Things to address in your report: (You don't need to limit yourself to the below these are just suggestions).

How is the company performing? (Apply financial ratios etc)
- What is it doing right?
- What is it doing wrong?
- What can it do to better?
- Is there anything in these statement that seem wrong to you and how would you fix it?
