Personal Real Estate Assistant

I would like a good, well-spoken individual to cold call Expireds, Zillow.com, Realtor.com and other For Sale By Owner sources to solicit appointments for me to list their property. I also need calls made from my Ballen website to secure appointments leads from my website, note activity and nurture the leads until they are ready to purchase or sell.
Must be extremely fluent and clear on speaking English and have the ability to work USA time.
Must have some Real Estate knowledge or experience,
I am currently looking for someone full-time. Salary will be an hourly rate with bonuses for closed transactions on my end.
If are serious, professional, reliable, have good internet skills and great skills with websites. Work from your home.
