Looking for a Great Explainer Video Creator

I am looking for someone that is really good at creating explainer videos. You wouldn't need to create the audio, that would be provided, you would just need to create the explainer video around that.

Please send me some examples of explainer videos you have created.

This will be part-time for the moment, but looking to make it full-time.
Part-time is $20/day on the days you work
Full-time would be $100/week with possible raises and bonuses.

I am looking for someone hardworking and dependable.
