You will be the point of contact between our company and our customers. Provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our customers might have with accuracy and efficiency.
You should be genuinely excited to help customers. Problem-solving should also be a skill. You should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
. Manage
. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
. Familiarity with Freshdesk and Shopify;
. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
. Excellent communication skills.
We are an agency in Lisbon that runs several E-commerce Stores and we are looking for an upgrade in our customer service :)
