Photoshop Expert + Video Editing Expert + Social Media Manager + Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a Full time photoshop expert, video editing expert, social media manager of 2 online businesses, and a virtual assistant for both online businesses. The first online business is a clothing and apparel company and the second is a fruit home delivery business in Australia. The following skills will be required for this job:
• Photoshop Expert. The applicant should have significant experience using photoshop to make creative designs. I can provide the photos and the instructions of what I want done to each photo. This would be mainly be for our online clothing company where the edited and creative photos would be put onto our clothing and marketed. Also, the applicant should be able to design very creative and attention-grabbing social media posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. This would be for both the clothing and fruit delivery businesses.
• Video Editing Expert. The applicant should have significant experience in making and editing videos for social media, primarily focusing on Facebook. They should be able to add unique and creative effects and music to showcase our products to potential customers.
• Social Media Marketer and Manager. The applicant would also manage our social media marketing strategy. This could include posting the social media posts they designed on the main platforms, using the right hashtags to find the right audiences, liking photos and posts, commenting on other photos and posts, engaging with followers and potential customers, direct messaging people on Instagram, responding to questions on chat and helping to gain awareness of our 2 new online businesses.
• Virtual Assistant. The applicant would do Virtual Assistant tasks for 2 Shopify powered websites. This would include responding to emails, handling refund requests, responding to questions on live chat, uploading photos onto the websites and more.
• Fluent in English. The applicant should be fluent in English.
• 13th month bonus will be paid to workers who complete a full year of work. If preferred we can also provide half of this bonus in June and the other half at the end of the 12 months.
•Performance based salary bonuses available to a hard-working employee that can generate sales and results with their creative video and photo editing abiliites.

•It would be an added bonus if the applicant had some Virtual Assistant and Social Media Marketing experience. However, this is not a requirement for the job.
