JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to employ a Receptionist / Personal Assistant into my team.

The job will involve:

Taking incoming phone calls weekdays between 7am and 3pm Manilla time. Calls will be directed to your skype account, and you must be available to take them. There will be 0 – 10 calls per day.

Screening my email, handle what you can, and redirect the messages that require my personal attention to my private account.

Make phone calls on my behalf. Make appointments (both personal and professional), confirm my appointments, check my voice mail, and follow up as needed.

Manage my calendar. Almost nothing gets on my calendar unless it passes through you first.

Handle other projects as needed - such as some data entry, article writing / spinning, managing office Autopilot and various office administrative tasks.

You will need good English skills for this role, and experience in a secretarial role including taking calls and article spinning will be highly regarded. It’s a full time job, and you’ll be fully trained on my systems.

Job is starting ASAP, so if it sounds like you, please follow these steps to apply.

1. Please explain your relevant experience and how it makes you suited to this role.

2. Confirm you have a computer and internet connection plus the ability to take office calls between 7am – 3pm in a professional sounding environment (ie: no animal noise, no children noise during, no loud noises during work hours)

3. The subject line of the application must contain the words "I Am The Best Personal Assistant Ever".

4. Tell me your expected salary, and confirm that you understand this is a full time job working Monday to Friday.

5. confirm you viewed this short video that further explains the role. http://youtu.be/a25ttHWbTmU

Applications Close at 5pm on Tuesday 3 Sept, 2013.

Good Luck.
