Hi there! I am a California based ecommerce entrepreneur seeking a full time Customer Service Assistant with the following tasks:
- Assisting in daily customer service tasks (Zendesk, Amazon, etc.)
- Communicating directly with customers over
- Help managing our community on social media (commenting and engaging)
- Support with any other customer service related task (looking up orders, etc.)
- Communicating with international customer service team (US, EU)
I’m looking someone who’s excited to learn and be a key long term part of a growing ecommerce business that we’ve spent the last years setting up.
Our team is passionate about creating healthy products for in eg. smoothies and marketing these to shoppers in many countries around the world via
SKILLS THAT ARE IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- Excellent spoken/written english, with the ability to be conversational and not super formal with partners/clients of ours.
- Curiosity and wanting to learn about great customer service and ecommerce.
- At least basic experience with Shopify or a similar platform (we can train you on shopify).
- Familiarity with Slack and Zendesk
- Ability to have regular
- Google docs / sheets & Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Being very well organized :)
