Miami Cash Homes real estate investment company is currently searching to fill a position within our Appointment/Sales team. MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH

The ideal candidate will be able to speak GOOD ENGLISH, have a strong background in cold calling, customer service, marketing, sales, Microsoft excel, call center telemarketing, and will have a general understanding of the job.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and organized individual with excellent computer and time management skills.

Responsibilities of the Service Appointment Setter

Contact new prospective customers to discuss needs of them selling there home
Follow up with customers to ensure they want to sell there home
Characteristics of the Appointment Setter

Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction
Understands simple directions
Willing to participate in skills and process training
Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Proficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the web.
