Are you the Rockstar we’ve been looking for?

We’re looking for a high energy, self-motivated, highly proficient individual looking to fill the shoes of a customer support representative.

We strive to provide nothing but the best customer service experience. And in doing so need competent people willing to take on the toughest of challenges with a smile.

Here is what your work schedule will look like:
Saturday – Wednesday
- Meaning, you will work on, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. You will have Thursday and Friday’s off for rest days.
You will work from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT – Or, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST.

Qualification’s Needed:
- Prior Phone, Email, and Live Chat support experience. You will be handling a large number of tickets and need to be well experienced with a large workload.
- Experience using Google Suite. E.g Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
- Must have a ***EXCELLENT*** command on verbal and written English.
- Stable Broadband Internet Connection.
- Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A peaceful, clean and quiet working environment.
- Your own Laptop/Desktop w/ an external microphone.
- Willingness to learn and listen.
*If you have references from past employers it would be preferred but not required*

Whilst you can work from the comfort of your home. We would like to conduct a virtual interview, then a physical interview and would like to continually meet with you for the first few weeks to provide real time training. I would prefer candidates who live in Manila. However, if you aren’t in Manila this is fine. But would be ****HIGHLY**** preferred.

JOB DETAILS:
35,000 – 40,000 PHP per month – paid weekly.
13th-month bonus – PRORATED
