Implementation Technician

Marketecture is a fast-growing software company, seeking highly motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Technical Implementation Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exhibit strong verbal/written communications skills, and be outgoing and able to engage with others in a positive manner.

The Implementation Technician's responsibilities range from product and content upload, graphics modification, and testing finished product sites. We are looking for someone with the technical/coding background who can work quickly and accurately to service our clients.

Qualifications:
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• HTML and CSS experience is a plus
• Prior experience with websites on platforms such as Wordpress, Zencart, Volusion, 1 and 1, Big Commerce, etc. is a plus
• Working knowledge of drop shipping is preferred
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
• Experience with hardware and software issues.
• Proficient in Internet related applications.
• Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 40-60 wpm.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Product and content uploads using MS Excel
• Work with team members to build, and manage quality websites
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client’s products.
• Update client accounts using company software tools
• Recommend process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
