Full Time Marketing Manager Wanted

Hi there!

I am looking for a full time (40 hours a week) marketing manager to help with managing our online SEO presence, as well as help us optimize our website conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Below is a list of tasks that this marketing manager will help support our company with:



1. Conversion Optimization

- In order to increase the conversion rate of certain key pages of our online marketing funnels, we will need to make edits to our design / content, in order to continuously improve each page's conversion rate.

- You will be responsible for implementing updates to our website's design and coding these, so we can A/B split test and find which page works best.



2. Keyword Research

- In order to find profitable keywords for our website, you will use a simple to use online tool (KeywordKeg) to find easy SEO keyword opportunities.

- You will be responsible for brainstorming ideas, and searching potential keywords, to find good target KWs for new content for our site.



3. Delegate Writing, Proofreading & Content Publishing

- With the above found SEO KW opportunities, you will be in charge of tasking writers to create content based on the keywords you've found, via different writing-service websites

- After receiving the articles, you will need to proofread them for proper English and grammar, and publish them to our website



4. SEO Management

- You will be in charge of purchasing different SEO services each month (which I will provide the list for), and sending the correct data to the providers.



Ex.

- submitting keywords for Private Blog Networks (PBN) backlinks

- buying social signals

- proofreading and submitting press releases



5. Misc marketing tasks

- Aside from the above 4 tasks, I will also want help with some misc tasks in regards to our marketing / online presence. These will be simple to follow, but most important, is that you have a desire and a joy to learn and grow.
