Telemarketer Real Estate Investor

Looking for a pro who can help me expand my business by cold calling lists of different lead types, from Pre-Foreclosure to Tax Delinquent and Vacant House Owners.

The idea is to call this leads, build rapport and then find out if they might be interested in selling their houses at a discount.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate, and build rapport from the very first call. I'm not looking for someone who sounds like a telemarketer or a robot, I need someone who can sound human and be able to establish a relationship with this prospects.

I need someone with little to no accent, very outspoken, easy going and more importantly coachable.
