Fraud and Payment Specialist

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to assist the Fraud & Payment team in their day-to-day operations, to carry out fraud investigation specifically related to the online payments of end users and to detect and prevent fraudulent payment activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review flagged orders on the internal system.
2. Investigating any cases of actual or suspected fraud and noncompliance.
3. Monitor and identify patterns within fraudulent activities.
4. Evaluate effectiveness of fraud detection systems and strategies
Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience in Online Gaming is a plus
• Background in Risk Management and policy creation is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with tools and techniques used to identify and prevent fraud.
• Experience in risk management, fraud investigation, disputes and chargebacks
• Knowledge of prepaid card processing, payment fraud prevention/detection techniques
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge on statistical applications like Minitab and SPSS is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, the ability to spot trends and identify unusual patterns
• Detail oriented with excellent research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Capable of handling multiple programs/Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Can lead projects for fraud prevention and control with minimum supervision
• Attentive to details, logical reasoning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Work Schedule:
• Must be willing to work in shifting schedule, includes holiday at certain occasion
